Yes unless you have any complications with your pregnancy which your doctor will tell you of course. May as well enjoy it now coz it gets mighty uncomfortable in the last few weeks!

Perfectly normal, in fact it's beneficial for Bub as the motion will rock him/her to sleep. There's no way in hurting Bub unless doctors have put you in bed/pelvic rest due to complications etc. and trust when @carlyanaya states that it gets mighty uncomfortable later on. So yes, enjoy it now. Also sometimes you can have light 'spotting' afterwards due to irritating the cervix. This is also normal, however if it's excessive & associated with heavy cramping,call your midwife/ hospital for advice. However, if you're low risk you needn't worry, just giving you some information you might find useful. @bub2015
