🚨🚨 tmi . But after I had my membrane sweep I've been losing a lot more mucus, how do I know if it's my mucus plug or if it's just from the sweep? Having light cramping on and off too.

When they swab me, I cramp for 2-3 days and have a lot more discharge. Look for the color. If it's the same as always, don't be too concerned.

Could be early signs of mucous plug.

It doesn't have to be pink or brown. It can just be a huge chunk of yellowish mucus. It could also be little small chunks of it. Sometimes it will have some pink or brown in there as well, which is considered your bloody show
