Is one diet or regular coke a day okay while pregnant Really bad caffeine withdrawals 17 weeks…

I've had a few diet cokes but they're really bad for you. regular coke is ok

yes! I drink cokes everyday sometimes more than one. my baby girl is perfectly healthy... and I feel like a little caffeine is safer for her than my body going through caffeine withdrawals..

yup, there's a certain amount that's safe, but I have like a glass a day if I have Coke that day. Have with both kids. I like Coke/Pepsi too much.

@babyanakin, really??? sweet!! I snuck a few because I have diabetes too and my mom made me feel really bad about it so did my friend so I just trusted their judgment. they said aspartame is bad for the baby

well the lady said I can have one once a week... but I don't even know why I have it because my sugar has been 88 and 93.

I was told to stay away from anything "diet" because it contains something (I can't think of the name) that is potentially harmful.. But there's not a whole lot of research on it

Diet soda has aspartame in it which is harmful to the baby.

you aren't supposed to drink any dark soda really esp so early in pregnancy
