its a band that goes around your jeans they are unbuttoned works to keep them up & later on it works for fully tummy support & holding your jeans up as well. you can find it at target. try looking it up first to see if it fits what you're looking for. I was looking at one on Amazon they look like they work pretty good

I bought them around 12 weeks. But then at about 30 I started to get too big to even wear the maternity pants I bought 😭 so wait as long as possible.
