so since the beginning of my pregnancy i have been having the worse back pains. anf its only oin my lower right side. i cant lay on my back and if i do it takes me a while to get up. my doctor recommended a heating pad and tylenol but neither is working. ive been stretching too. anyone have any other suggestions to help???
