They could still be identical with two separate placentas and sacs. Congrats! I have two boys on the way both of which have their own placentas and sacs.

The only way to know if they're identical or not in "di-di" twins is to get their blood type tested after birth, if they're two different blood types they're fraternal, and if they have the same, then you can get them DNA tested and that'll tell you for sure!
