Okay mommies, when did the morning sickness go away? and what helped settle your stomach?
beef jerkey helped me a lot because it is protein, it tricks your body into thinking it doesn't need food for a little while, so it will settle your stomach enough for you to really eat something.
Mine only got bad when I was hungry, so I kept crackers and other small snacks around at all time.
I got to where I had to eat as soon as I woke up. I kept crackers on my night stand lol. For the most part Mine went away when I made it to the second trimester. I still occasionally will get it.. But not near as much as I did.
when you figure it out let me know girl I'm 11 weeks and it's only gotten worse
Ginger ale is always helpful and preggie pops. You can get those at buy buy baby or babies r us.
Laying down, small frequent meals and popcorn. Went away about half way through month four.
