if you're in pain you can take tylenol and you should be able to ask your doctor for over the counter nausea medicine thats what I did when I did nothing but throw up

@trinity942, its no vomiting its bad cough sore throat ear ache tooth ache and asthma

for your cough it safe to take Robitussin DM my Obgyn told me that.
