Its possible to take too many vitamins. You should look up daily recommended amounts and see how much you're taking.

you're really only supposed to take 2, you don't want to end up with too much of something.

As innocent as it seems there is something called over dosing on too much vitamins . So yes depending on how much extra you take .

I only have like 1 extra it says suggested dose is 2 so I'll just stick to that thank you ladies 💘

I take chewables and it says on back of bottle to take 2 a day. Whatever the directions on the bottle say is what I'd take. @patrice_j13
