Ladies is it true that I can't perm my hair or color because of my pregnancy I ask my doctor and she said that it hasn't been proven but she suggests not to but I need to get my hair done for my future baby shower any suggestions 😩

I did mine while pregnant with my son, my doctor told me as long as your in a well ventilated room itd be okay

I dyed my hair. Like @aburch1527 as long as you are some where well ventilated, you're fine.

My doctor said both are fine after the first trimester but that because of hormone levels, perms and dye may not take like they would when not pregnant. I dyed my hair throughout my pregnancy and it was fine.
