I had the diaper bag for baby and the hubby and I shared a duffle bag

@shannonb95, I had my bag with my extra clothes, undies ect and everything baby needed in his diaper bag. Anything I was going to need immediately I had in a small make up bag inside my bag so my son's dad didn't have to dig through my bag

Have your partner pack your bag! Or just review it with him before you go in so he knows exactly where everything is. The last thing I wanted to do was dig through my bag to find a tiny chapstick. This way, when you ask for something, he'll know exactly where it is. So I would say whatever is easiest for him to manage! Whether that's one big bag or multiple.

I have 3 bags, one is an immediate bag with everything I'll need as soon as I get there in case we are in a hurry, then I have a suitcase with mine and Hubby's changes of clothes and toiletries and extras, and then I have the diaper bag packed with anything baby may need. I may have over done it but nothing wrong with being over prepared.

do it early!! I procrastinated and had nothing at the hospital! My husband tried to get stuff together but it wasn't everything I needed. Good luck!

28-30 due to the fact of having preemies

started at 32 weeks and just finished this week and I'm now 39 weeks.

I'm 34+3 weeks and still haven't packed my bag or my daughters. With my son I literally packed it at 36+3 weeks a d had him at 36+6 weeks. I would say start to decide what you are going to take for you both and slowly start to pack now. I'm horrible with procrastination
