Its the organic mothers milk tea, and I did add milk and honey as well @mrsmoore

Oh ok never thought to add milk although I enjoy it with just sugar might have to try that

make sure to drink a good bit of water because it can dehydrate you, and it will make you sleepy because there's chamomile in it. but I noticed it working pretty fast after I drank it, not long after a cup I start leaking through my shirt. @atlas

@harleysmomma1228, sure does work fast my boobs finally felt full again just pumped a 4oz bottle and still feel like theres enough to nurse my baby a full feeding if he woke right now and i try to drink a 16oz water bottle each time i nurse or pump as well as a few throughout the day heard helps your milk supply as well
