my oldest is 2 and I still have pain from the epideral

I delivered in September and my back HURTS!! I can't sleep with my legs straight anymore!

i had a spinal block in addition to the epidural so yup lots of pain there

is there any thing to help tylenol aint gelping anymore

I had back pains for about 4 months after, was just kinda sore/tender.

my friend had an epidural in all three of her pregnancies and her most recent was a year ago and she still has back problems
