Im seriously so fed up with these nurses. So her nurse today calls me twice and we had good conversation the second time around. No where in our conversation does she tell me she needs milk yet she knows i will be coming in today.
So i come in and she apologized for our miscommunication earlier, you know where she tried to concern me with her "inconsistent" feeding schedule. No big deal. Then she comes back and says shes out of milk and asks if its okay to start her on formula today since im struggling with my supply. UHM where in any of this did i say im struggling with my supply?! Because your nurse two days ago told me to stop bringing in milk because my buckets were full and i have about 40 bottles stashed at home . So here i am having to pump again when i just pumped 45 minutes prior to coming here because my baby girl is hungry and you didnt tell me you needed milk. And here i am having to have my mom and dad meet up to get milk here asap for a baby that is breastmilk only. And EVEN IF i was struggling with my supply i signed consent to have her be given donor milk before formula via DOCTORS ORDER!!!!! And so if i didnt come in at this feeding time WOULD YOU HAVE JUST GIVEN HER FORMULA?!?!?!?! 😡😡

Talk to the charge / head nurse on shift because that is bullshit. I wish you could be transferred somewhere else.

I went through the same thing when my son was in the NICU. I would call them and tell them I was on the way to see him and they would wait until I got there to say I needed more breastmilk for him. They even fed him formula a couple times without telling me. Every time I asked if they needed more they told me I had to much stored already.

@josephsmomma2015, its totally bull shit. Like i understand its their job, they get up every day to go to work and then go home and get paid for what they do... But dont treat my baby like shes "just a job"!! Or don't treat me like im just inconveniencing you.
