this one didn't either but I found one that fit it but I think vtechs website is down I can't download anything

unfortunately mine didn't come with a cord and that's why it was marked down.

I got one of these from Walmart and it was marked down it says it comes with a USB cord to hook up to your computer and you have to go to the website that was on the box and follow the steps to personalize it
