i cant use lanolin im allergic and im trying so hard to just keep going @arians_mommy.

You can do it. It gets easier. Use lansinoh lanolin cream stuff. Don't give up. If you ever need to talk I'm here. I'm 7 1/2 strong and there are times I wanted to give up but I kept on going

I have found my local La Leche League meeting helpful. They give support and answer questions. ссылка*group*weber.davis. I think that's the one closest to Ogden, Utah

it gets better I had a hard time at first too. But I'm going 4 months strong. get a nipple cream that does not have lanolin in it. or try the soothing gel pads.
