I take organic grass fed cows whey protein no sugar added with 5 ingredients. I cannot keep any forms of meat down. It stays too heavy on my belly, and doesn't agree with me. Same with Quinoa and brown rice too. I can eat beans and prawn, and this powder. Thank the lord. I need at least 70 grams a day my mom told me. Eating beef jerky all the time isn't good. I'm glad that maybe now I can keep whey protein down.
