So I woke up to bleeding and horrible cramping. I went to work anyway and it seems to have gone to a normal period. Have to get a hold of my doc when I get out of work because I still had a couple positives.

Some bleeding is ok in the beginning but if you're saying it was like a normal period you were right to call the doctor. Hopefully everything is ok!!!

It sounds like a chemical pregnancy. Not to be mean, but your doctor won't be able to do anything this early.
