how do y'all feel about letting kids hold your newborn (2-18) I don't really feel comfortable with…

I am OK with my kids holding their newborn sibling but other kids no. I require had washing and germx before holding and they can't hold without my permission.

I agree. My little cousins (9 & 6) hold my baby only if they're sitting on the couch & have someone sitting beside them, & he's 7 months old lol

okay good so I'm not crazy, this is the first baby so there are no siblings, I just feel uncomfortable with the situation. plus I'm a littlw selfish at this point 😂😂 like he's mine@lovemyson_610 @mam426

I will say that the older they get the less selfish you may become lol my son NEVER wanted to be put down, I don't have family near me so I was always holding or wearing him, it was such a relief when I took my yearly Ohio trip and other relatives held him for a while and I was able to just sit lol

It depends on the age for them to hold them alone . But I'd let them hold them hold the baby with me or another adult supporting them also
