There isn't much we can take. I like hot showers and Vicks. Lots of fluids. Put Vicks on the bottoms of your feet and then put on socks. My sons pediatrician gave me this advice 7 years ago and I use it every time one of us is sick.

My doctor said I could take sudafed and benadryl just give it two hours between the two .

Oh really. I go tomorrow morning for my routine checkup so hopefully she can check and see if its a cold or something else. Cause im dying 😣😱 @savannahrae

Rest girl. Rest. I take Benadryl and try to sleep as much as possible. Make sure you're staying hydrated though. Your little one needs it too.

It will love. I love it sucks to be sick when you're pregnant. Like really really sucks. It will be over before you know it.
