just found out the gummy vitamins I take don't have iron in them.. I was told I was anemic before but at my 2nd appointment my Dr told me everything from my 1st appointment is perfectly fine.. I'll just take the big horse pills now I guess.

you can still take them and have doctor prescribe you iron pills that's what i do since im anemic i take both because them big vitamins makes me puke all the time

Yea that's the only draw back with the gummies but luckily I haven't been anemic . I initially started out with pills tho but it makes me sick.
