OK so Sunday my friend came and picked me up and she lives two hours away. long story short she needed me to watch her kids.
I get a message from my ex, who I still live with, asking me what time I'll be home, because he has someone else over there, wouldn't tell me if it was a guy or girl. just that they'd be gone early because they have school... my nerves have been so turn up. he has our daughter. I can't exactly shoot down there to stop him. and he knows this. I'm pregnant with his twins. I've been busting me a** just to win him back. i have done EVERYTHING I can. but I also have anxiety issues. so it's making this very hard. I go to my Dr Thursday. anyone know of anything that I can be put on, that works?

You will cut out a lot of anxiety if you accept that he can't be gotten back if he's still playing the field, and understand that you deserve better. Meds are great but you have to reduce controllable factors, a pill won't be make him faithful. I'm praying for peace, and I'm sure your doctor can find a relatively safe med for you! I'll add you to my favorites and we can chat. I've battled anxiety for 15 years now, and it is truly awful.

I've only been diagnosed with it for four years now. but with my last three kids, I didn't seem to suffer as bad... note with everything going on, it just makes it worse... I worry way too much... but thankfully, I talked to his mom and she reassured me that there wasn't anyone there and that he was just trying to mess with my head. wait till I get home... ;) thank you @tayek for the advice. I'll keep you posted as to what my Dr says Thursday.
