I legitn throw up minutes after taking the iron supplement. I can't take them. they make me feel horrible.

yes. this is me right now. keep taking iron supplements. u want to be ready and back to normal for labor

I can't take them I puke within minutes of taking them sadly. they make me so so sick, but I go thru 3 or 4 big bags of ice to myelf in a week.
