anyone with really bad anxiety during their pregnancy?? I have suffers from anxiety and panic attacks for years and right now I'm pregnant with boys twins so I'm on my 29th week already but these past two days I got panic attacks real bad during the night and I can't go to sleep I'm scared cause I know its bad for my babies but is something I can't control. I am getting help from my psychologist but I don't think its helping do you girls know if I can take medication that its safe for them and does it really help? please help me I would really appreciate it a lot

@marce512, call your Obgyn. I have it also and during pregnancy he was gonna give me something. Maybe your dr will do the same! Praying for you, I know the struggle of it

@marce512, no I didn't cuz I don't like them. Most of mine came from my job n my cheating ex. So dr took me off of work. Cuz the woman he was cheating w worked w us. That was w my almost 2 yr old son
