My back is killing me, the paid the I have is so bad I don't know if I suppose to go to emergency…

My back is killing me, the paid the I have is so bad I don't know if I suppose to go to emergency room or wait for my appointment today at 8:30 am! I walk and doesn't stop the paid I put a wet rag, I take a bath with hot water , I put some alcohol and nothing work!!! I'm really worried because I'm only 24 & 3 day and I don't want nothing bad to happen to my baby boy 😢😢😢🤒
