@sassytay, I just brought my baby to the doctor for this. she prescribed a face cream but I haven't used it yet. but she also said wash her face with the regular dove bar soap. other than that you gotta wait it out! my daughter has it bad!

My sons went away after I gave him a real bath and started to wash him more frequently.
