Can I sleep with a heating pad on my back? I have it on the lowest setting.

20 minutes on 20 minutes off. even if you weren't pregnant it's not good to sleep on one because you can burn yourself

I used it through out my whole pregrancy on high volume bc i had back pain. And my baby girl is healthy
