like I didn't mind her slamming my feed with family portraits and maternity, but "sexy" photoshoots? of people who have no clue you're posting their "sexy" pictures on this site, that's kind of crossing a line in my opinion.

I'm a photographer and I'll post a family portrait or someone's maternity or something but I would NEVER share someone's "sexy" shoot without her expressed permission first.

right?! don't u need a signed contract before u can use and post someone's photos that u have done for them? I wouldn't want pics like that of me floatin around. I'm sure the net lAdy would appreciate it!

Yes you do.

most people understand that when you do pictures we as photographers are going to post a couple on our pages to gain attention, and they can see them on our page. we make ALL social media we use very clear whether it's facebook, instagram, youtube, a website, preggie or even MySpace. we always let our clients know we will post 1 or 2 of the better pictures from the shoot unless expressed otherwise.

in turn if you want to get technical the client is not allowed to post, copy or even print any of the pictures we give them unless we give them permission. (but that's the point of a photoshoot now isn't it? lol)

true true. I'm not a photographer so Idk bout that stuff. I've never even had professional pics done before.

reqding the comments, i now know who youre talking about. I had to block her. literally every other post was a picture she posted with the same fucking text. like ok we get it, you don't need to post every damn picture you have to get your point across. but I didn't see sexy photos. glad I blocked her.

@arijane316, yeah the "sexy" pictures were my limit. I was annoyed with the spam, but then things started getting raunchy, like a girl posing obviously popping out her bust and butt as far as she could wearing only her bra and underwear and a red large holed netting dress over so we could clearly see everything underneath, and I was like "yeahh no.. not happening."

I'm also pretty sure she doesn't have permission to post those photos on this site, so not only was it trashy it was possibly illegal too.

@jnh199243, I do photography on the side, $45 for 2 hours and unlimited photos. I don't make my clients sign any paper but I do make sure I have them message me on my business facebook page and blatantly give me permission to post up to 5 of their pictures. then I screen shot it and keep it on record.

@jnh199243, surprisingly no. nobody wants to do shoots unless it's my cheap 30 minute $10 specials, or the free pitbull photoshoots. nobody has much money these days. but I was mostly doing it over the holidays so everyone was broke from buying Christmas presents haha

u do pit bull shoots? how does that work? u have ur own pit?

@jnh199243, a lot of dog owners love getting their pictures done with their dogs, so anyone who has a pit bull and wants a photoshoot with their dog, I'll do it for free. sort of as a way to increase positive publicity of pit bulls in our area.
