I was reading this and the point of the post wasn't whether or not you really felt movement if you felt the baby that early that's awesome for you, you get to feel LO for longer but the point is that is a completely unacceptable response you don't say that about an unborn child you have every right to be hurt that was completely insensitive and really not right it's his child too and you don't say anything about death I'm sorry about that but just know your baby is fine in there also try communicating to him how that comment affected you and you would appreciate if he didn't say anything like that again...hope you feel better sending hugs your way

I've had two miscarriages and my friend lost her baby at 8 1/2 months so I don't take kindly to "joking" about infant loss it's a very real very hard thing to experience and I wouldn't wish that on anyone and to know someone even joked about their own child passing freaks me out but honestly men can be unaware of how harsh their words really are so just make sure you communicate how much it upset you because if you don't talk about it and it hurt you that much you're not just going to let it go or get over it you're going to sit there and think how could he say that about our baby so just make sure you guys have a conversation I want it to all work out best for you having you feel better and him understanding how much his words can have an affect

@gabesmommy i spoke to him he apologized and said he's terrified to lose our baby and it wont happen again and he was only joking but i told him never to joke about something like that again. thanks for the help because i would've just been mad and worried about the whole situation all night and I'm so sorry about your lost
