Has anyone been or gotten constipated after taking there iron pill or is it just me lol

Its a side effect of increased iron. A lot of times they will recommend a stool softener also.

They gaved me prenatals with that in it but now they made me take 2 pills a day lol not good @wiccanmommy

I would start a stool softener then. I took them with my first pregnancy due to increased iron intake.

Do you know which ones are good or do I talk to my dr about that

Any of the over the counter ones should be fine. I took the red ones but that was 14 years ago. I'm not really sure what's on the market now.

I got that way in the beginning. I started to up my fiber intake in the morning to help get me on a schedule. High fiber cereals and breakfast bars are my go to....
