probably not but pills like melatonin are allowed because they are natural and don't have as many harmful chemicals

You can take Tylenol pm... My doctor just told me to stop now that I'm so far along and take it too often but both my regular OB and high risk doctor said it was ok before today and it's on the list of approved medicines

Yeah I wondered to because I have severe insomnia and it's just gotten worse as I get farther along. so I take melatonin but a very very small dose

My doctor recommended me using unisom, I only take it if it's been a ruff week
