How does doc check for dilation ?

they put their fingers up inside of you and push baby down towards your vagina and check. it hurts like hell.

Internal exam. They can feel it with their fingers.

it does hurt like a beyotch lol I was surprised the first time they did it cause I wasn't really expecting it to hurt

just had this done today, was NOT fun lol. worth it to know what's going on, but still!

Lol don't be scared its not extremely painful but it is uncomfortable and if your vagina is tight then it could hurt

haha it will be ok! at least its only a few seconds :) and you get to know if you're dilated its worth it @k.haotic

its just like if you get a pap just uncomfortable not painful ..that's the least of your worries your about to push a whole baby out of there I don't think two fingers would worry anyone

lmmfao girl it isn't that bad ! trust me when you see that baby you don't even think about how much you went thru then u will be crazy enough to do it again one day

it's worse when they hit bone with bony fingers.... that's the painful part for me....
