Is it true that when you get induced it makes labor way more painful?

Nope. It depends how much they have to force your body into labor. That's why if it's not medically necessary it's best to wait until baby is ready.

I got given pitocin even though I didn't want it at first. I had the epidural as well so you can't feel anything. Doesn't really matter.

@mickeyandminniemouse, I got induced twice and I don't think it was too bad. Your just starting ur contractions sooner instead of waiting for them to start normally.
