im 32 weeks does anyone know what it means to have sharp pains like cramps on the lower part of ur abdominal area? it hurts every time I move or trying getting up

yes the baby is putting pressure he/she getting in position for birth i had it since 30 weeks im now 37 weeks and still get it nothing to worry about unless your bleeding or is really strong the pains. Good luck

could be baby sitting on a nerve. happens to me all the time since he's head down now
