I think I may have just lost my mucus plug. Im only 29 weeks 😯 Im worried. I have a picture but I don't want to post it for fear I will gross someone out. There is no bleeding, no cramping, and no discharge. I found the 'stuff' on my panties and when I wiped after going pee. Should I call my midwife? Can they tell if I lost my plug?
