29wks with tension headaches and some dizziness. BP was 140/78 but my norm has been between 110/78-128/78. Dr. office takes forever to return your call... should I be concerned? This happened in my first pregnancy minus the dizziness and headaches but never had complications.

My blood pressure was like that when I was 17 weeks the hospital wouldn't let me leave without pumping me with fluids which I was there for three hours

i had this with my first pregnancy. they couldnt ever get my blood pressure down. i ended up going into hypertension shock and they had to induce me at 37 weeks. my bp was 180/80
