What is a decent sized but not huge budget for a 1st birthday party including snacks and cake for about 30 guests, decorations and paying a friend to take some pictures? It will be in my home so I won't have to worry about renting a place, but I need to figure out a budget to stay within so I don't go over board..because I'm a crazy spender like that.
