I didn't try them but I wish I would have. when I was in the hospital and they would give me the ice pack things they did wonders so I bet these would be great!!!
Oh yeah ha its just like a pad but you add that stuff to it and then put it in the freezer then whenever you need it you just use it like a pad lol @mommyslittleman
