How convenient I get fired through a voicemail and when I go in to get information and proof of why I was fired they kick me out the building and tell me they cant give me that info ? Um okay ?! I'm just glad I will be able to stay home and take care of the new baby when he arrives. I have no time to stress. That job was a waste of my time. Mad because I have to see a dr every week twice a week smh

I would look into legal action! They can't fire you for no reason.

ooh my sister had that happen and she tried to file unemployment and they said they had a document that she signed saying she was fired. wasn't even her signature, long story short she got enough money to stay at home for 2 years

@kmally, they said it was for no call no shows. I was on bed rest had doctors notes. I called in every single day like they asked me to. They didnt want to showe proof of the nc/ns and told me they would mail me something smh

I would definitely call texas workforce. explain the situation. by law they have to give you notice of employee behavior or any written notices

as well you should call the office and ask for proof and any documentation and maybe say I'd they don't then you will press further by turning the issue over to your attorney. that way it gives them a little rattle.

that same crap happened to me. I was like oh well less for me to worry about and more time for me to focus on the baby.
