Aw :( last time I checked I had lost about 4 pounds as well

I randomly threw up all over my bed this morning. Lovely wake up call 😩

Yeah, me being hungry like crazy and having a fast metabolism from the first trimester. Did have a few spells of nausea (from eating beef) Made me feel so sick in the first trimester! Just the smell of it! xx
