11 weeks tomorrow and I feel like SPD is back with a vengeance.. Suffered really badly with my son and now the hip/back ache is starting all over again.. Affecting me getting comfy to get to sleep! Only another 29 weeks left of it 😩😩 any tips on relieving it. Was gunna get a pregnancy pillow? Any good? With my son I was prescribed Codeine and I would rather not have to take tablets just to get to sleep at night lol xx
