On Friday me and my SO had a bit of a argument cause the car remote battery died and we got locked out. (the key holes were filled in by a previous owner) He was tired and blamed me. I was cold and stressed and it set me off hugely. He eventually calmed down and realized how badly he'd hurt me, especially since it was one of those things that no one can be blamed for or predict. Had to have the lock popped by a tow truck some business owner called on us since we were in his way. His rudeness and making me use some of our desperately needed rent money made me worse. I've been snapping every evening since, even after we got it all covered and fixed. Today we were at Walmart talking about how we need to find income. He's working on disability, and they've told him he can't even job search during the process. I didn't know this. I can't seem to get hired, and it's gotten worse now that I show in anything that isn't baggy. I started snapping at him over it. He finally stopped and pulled me aside and asked what was wrong. It all spilled out, how I felt hurt still, how I can't control my own reactions right now, how I felt like all the struggles we face are caused by me. I don't cry in front of anyone, much less in public but I was bawling. He just held me and apologized again, saying that the other day had told him that I was close to breaking, but he hadn't realized just how close. He only asked that I ask for help now instead of going it alone like I always do. He knows my hormones are in control more than logic right now. I feel so lucky and not nearly as cranky.
