wondering should I go to the er every time I lay on my side my chest hurts really bad like I really have to sit up and I'm not comfortable falling asleep like this my right side has been in pain

never lay on your right, the baby doesn't get enough blood flow. lay on your left and put pillows behind you and I'm between both legs and in front of you.

I lay on my left and right sides, sometimes I wake up and I'm on my back so it's almost impossible to only lay on your left side but try and see if you can, I guess. I'd call your doctors on call nurse if it doesn't go away. hope you feel better.
