I co sleep with my baby girl and she's 4 months, my husband and I LOVE it. Our babies weren't meant to be away from us, I mean they were in us for 9 months! Lol it's all up to you honestly some people don't like it and other do It until there baby is 5. Personally I can't sleep of my daughter isn't next to me. I know she's safe next to me. Do what ur heart tells u too! <3 @

@ryliannsmommy, thank you. I do love co sleeping sometimes but mostly I love sleeping alone. I'm scared sometimes sleeping together. I know how I sleep and how she sleeps lol. Plus I don't sleep well when she is next to me.

My baby slept with me since he came home. Not cuddling with me but on a boppy in the corner of my bed ( my bed was next to the wall) & he did that until he was almost a year & he started moving around a lot ( I got scared he would fall out of bed) so I had his crib as close to my bed as I could & he slept & he slept in his bed. Now that he is almost two he sleeps between his bed & mine. Sometimes he puts himself to sleep in his bed & some times he comes to my bed. As they get older they will become more independent & want to sleep until their beds. Personally I think co-sleeping is the best bay to bond with the baby's & easier to transition to a toddler or twin bed. But with that being said do what makes you happy & what you feel what is better for your baby. Personally as my baby gets older & wants to be more independent I miss the cuddle time we used to have. So if it means getting kicked in the side at night I will co-sleep with my baby any time. A lot of people worry about sids but that is why I used the boppy when he was younger. Once he couldn't fit on the boppy is when I stopped using it. I just always make sure Lj (my son) has his own pillow & own blanket so his face doesn't get covered. He's actually choosing to sleep in his bed more. Your baby will move to her bed when she's ready. Lj have up his bottle when he was ready ( 3 days before his first birthday) ( January 30) and just gave up his ninny at the beginning of this month. Sorry got off point. Do what you feel in your heart is best for you & your baby & don't mind what others say. I hope I was some help girl. Keep up the good work

@babygluttony, you can also if your worried about sleeping in the same bed with her, if your bed is high enough to be even with her crib you can convert her crib into a toddler bed & place the back of her crib against a wall & push your bed right up to the open part of her crib & co-sleep that way. I have seen different pictures about co sleeping with a toddler crib. Let me see if I can find one for you

@babygluttony, I love sleeping with my daughter. I can't sleep without her being next to me. Even if her dad has her for a little bit at night I won't sleep till she's cuddled up to me :) but go with your gut :)

Co sleeping was one of the worst things I did. if I were you I would stick to the cio method while you are already doing it. stay committed. I gave up on it and just slept with my son. he is now 1 year old and depends on me to sleep. I'm doing sleep training with him now and its miserable. I recommend doing it sooner rather than later.
