It hurts but if you do breathing techniques and switch positions here and there you will do great. I breathed deeply through my nose and out through my mouth during contractions and it helped a lot @aguardado

Awwww :-) How awesome. My daughter was that big and no epidural as well. Definitely a hard thing to do.

Yeah it was hard to get her out but I did it in 3 pushes. The crazy thing was is that I didn't rip or have to get cut or anything. No stitches what so ever but I had to get them with both my sons lol @mickeyandminniemouse
