drink cold water or ,eat ice and lay down on ur left side

yea I did I'm 30 weeks I was freaking out thinking something is wrong but they started moving around later in the day ...i kno everyone doc is different mines said 10 kicks with in 12 hours I only drink water but i dranked a soda and they were flipping every where
