yeah, I definitely have a bad case of the baby blues.
the past couple days I've been unable to breast feed her due to the pain of me trying to get my ducts unclogged, so I've been pumping my milk and bottle feeding her.. I tried to breast feed her again and she's not latching on.... I'm over here feeding her with a bottle bawling because breast feeding is the only bond we still have..

have you tried a warm shower? i had to bathe, massage in the shower, simulate my nips, then nurse and my son would latch. Don't give up momma, it seems like forever but it will get easier. And if you do use formula, who cares? ! You're still feeding your baby 😊 best of luck, remember:when you're relaxed, so is baby.

I take hot showers, I can't take baths yet, I elevate my arm to get the golf ball lump down, she just likes the lazy route of the bottle lol. I just enjoy feeding her. it makes me feel so close to her since she's not in me anymore. my SO said the same thing, I'm still feeding her a part of me. thank you so much for making me feel better. @mommaz
