should I try the evening primrose oil?
whats the most effective way to take it? orally or vaginally?
Omg check your own cervix?! How the heck do you do that? Lol props to you! Haha I know my firstborn was born at 38 weeks and I was thinking the same would happen with this baby but nooo here I am pregnant and I can't help but think that I will be overdue wahhh😫😫😫
this is my 4th child an I've been contracting like crazy, I tried to check my own cervix last night an going by the directions online I think I may be dilated to a 1 maybe a 2 already plus been having contractions here an there.... I also go to the Dr on Wednesday this will be my first cervical exam (by a Dr) of this pregnancy.
Well when I went to the dr last week I had only been taking it for 4 days. And I was still at 1cm😔 I go back to the dr. this week on wed so I'm hoping for more progress🙏🏼 but seems my little 1 likes it in my belly and I just want her here😫😭
I do both. I take 1 in the am orally & 1 in the pm orally. & right before I go to lay down to go to sleep I insert 1 vaginally. I poke a small hole in it with a needle and stick it up as high as I can. It can be a task lol I raise 1 leg up on my sink to try to really get it up there the most I can😁 weird I know😂 lol
it says start it at 37 weeks I'm 37 wks today. I am gonna try vaginally how do I do that lol
That's with castor oil. In regards to the first comment. Evening Primrose oil does not do that, and has been recommended by some doctors. I've heard the best way was to use it vaginally, but you could try both.
I heard the most effective way is doing both. I had my son before I could try so I don't know for sure but did lots of research
@abella1023, yes it's easy to check your cervix, google it an it will tell you how an what to feel for(:
