make mommy friends who can see and experience motherhood with you, it helps when someone knows exactly what you are going through

I have a couple friends here, I don't live where I'm from. and I went thru ppd with my oldest. but, I had a better support system when she was born. her grandma (her dads mom) was always there. but, I'm married and live elsewhere and my husbands family are in okc a d Mexico. I'm terrible at making friends as well. I don't really know how to approach it.

do one thing daily that makes you feel good. maybe a shower and make up at the beginning of your day, an afternoon walk (with baby) if weather permits. etc

that's a good idea! it'll be a late thing tho. I'm having a c section, so I won't be able to get out of the house until I'm healed.

Would you be willing to do placenta encapsulation and take that in pill form? It regulates hormones to keep you balanced since hormones can be out of control after birth.
