clothes for both of you, shower stuff, makeup if you want. tooth brush and toothpaste, take your own blanket if you want, some hospitals are cold. really just anything you feel you'll wanna use while your there

How far is home from your hospital? I never bring anything just bc I live so close. So if I need something I just have my hubby or family member stop at my place and bring to me.

Take a extension cord just in case there are no outlets by your bed
